Offerings

Printed out letters
traced it onto some "pretty paper" (thanks for the support, Hayden).HA-who says I don't sew?Framed it up.Attempted to staple gun some ribbon to the back. When my staple gun gave me attitude, dropped him and used a hammer instead. How else can you get staples to bend all catty-wonk? I'm calling it "rustic."
Grabbed a stack of remnant fabriccut it into stripstied it onto the ribbonthen gave it a haircut and foofed it. Technical term. And not one I use often. Voila. Perfect size for a dollar store gift box, ribbon from here and an initial magnet. My husband's two cents?

"I don't like it. I get the letter thing, but the top looks like somebody's old laundry."

But what does HE know?

In my defense, I didn't see the final product before the haircut. That made a big difference.

I thought this was a brilliant and very chic idea. I did however feel slightly insulted by the stupid factory picture.

Well, there's a good chance our husband's are related! My husband's favorite question in regards to my decorating purchases is, "But what is it FOR? What do you DO with it? I don't get it."
Blessings!
